You would think this would be easier while we have been in lockdown, we all have more time. I don’t know about you, but I’ve found with the lack of routine good habits have slipped and I’ve let bad habits creep back in. This week I’m going to make a conscious effort to reestablish all those good habits.
Being the middle of national smile month this is a great time to work on those pearly whites ?
